Travelling Communique is an investigation into the photographic archive of the President of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Josip Broz Tito, which spans both public and private images from 1948 until his death in 1980. The project was developed by a team of curators from the Museum of Yugoslav History (MYH) in Belgrade, where the archive is housed, and a large group of international authors. The title is a reference to the first conference of the Non-Aligned Movement in Belgrade in 1961, the starting point of the Travelling Communique project, and is dedicated to the pioneering spirit of Non-Aligned Movement.
