Mina Perhonen is a fashion label working to produce clothes which do not lose their allure over time. The label aspires to develop new materials and techniques with production centres in Japan and abroad. The name is Finnish, as designer Akira Minagawa sympathises with the lifestyle and the culture of Finland; "mina" means "I" and "perhonen" is "butterfly". Japanese only, mostly visual.
