Perimeter Books x MGA | Photobook Pop-Up + Curatorial Reflections

Perimeter is pleased to present a Photobook Pop-Up & Talk in partnership with the Monash Gallery of Art, on the closing day of the incredible exhibition Not standing still: new approaches in documentary photography.

From 1pm Sunday May 16, the Perimeter Pop-Up will feature a curated selection of brand new photobooks from key international publishers MACK (London), Loose Joints (London / Marseilles), Kodoji Press (Baden) and Art Paper Editions (Ghent) and more, alongside Melbourne-based publishers M.33, Perimeter Editions, Ying Ang & Jesse Marlow.

Accompanying the pop-up stall, Perimeter co-director Dan Rule will be discussing the the role of the photobook publisher in contemporary photographic practice, which will be followed by curatorial reflections and a final tour of the show by Not standing still curators, Daniel Boetker-Smith and Pippa Milne.
