15 Years of Perimeter | Party + Poster Launch

Time flies! 2026 marks 15 years since Perimeter Books opened at our original location (748 High St) in 2011. In that time, we've had the honour of bringing thousands of titles from all over the world to our bookshelves (and then on to your shelves!); published over 130 of our own titles via Perimeter Editions; hosted numerous book launches, artist talks, and in-store exhibitions; participated in countless offsite art book fairs; worked with an amazing roster of artists, designers, editors, and bookstore staff; and have grown a fantastic network of people appreciative of the tactility, diversity, and creative potential inherent in the book form.

A heartfelt thank you to all our wonderful customers, collaborators, and friends for your many years of support. We couldn’t have done it without you.

To celebrate this milestone with us, come along to the 15 Years of Perimeter Party + Poster Launch, a casual celebration in store at Perimeter HQ (734 High Street, Thornbury VIC 3071) on Saturday September 19, from 3pm. Alongside launching our 15 Years of Perimeter posters – designed by Narelle Brewer, and featuring books by Anu Kumar, Bartolomeo Celestino, Emily Ferretti, Travis MacDonald, and Ying Ang – the party will comprise light refreshments, some good tunes, and plenty of books to browse while you hang out.
